Fadi Ephtimios, F.Pl., MBA, TEP

Senior Wealth Advisor, Portfolio Manager

Fadi’s attention to detail and constant drive to refine his wealth planning approach has helped him build long-lasting relationships with clients. He’s good at what he does because he truly enjoys helping people navigate the spaces where life and livelihood intersect.

Fadi began his career in the finance industry in 1994, first as a consultant before transitioning to the role of division director and regional director at his previous firm. In 2015, Fadi made the decision alongside his wife and business partner, Lynn MacNeil, to join Richardson Wealth and bring clients more investment options and transparency regarding costs and reporting.

He holds an MBA from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University as well as the Financial Planner designation (F. Pl.), and the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Fadi and Lynn have three children. He devotes a lot of time to volunteering and giving back to his community. A lifelong hockey player, he still makes time to hit the ice when he can. He also stays active by cycling. Downtime is often spent devouring books on leadership, business, and economics.

Lynn MacNeil, F.Pl., CIM®

Senior Wealth Advisor, Portfolio Manager

Lynn’s interest in the world of finance and investing started early. As a child, she was fascinated with how money could make money and began an investment plan as a teenager. From there her passion bloomed into a nearly 30-year career.

Lynn started her finance career in 1995, spending the next two decades refining her approach to translating clients' ideas and past experiences surrounding wealth into comprehensive wealth plans. In 2015, Lynn made the decision alongside her husband and business partner, Fadi Ephtimios, to join Richardson Wealth to provide better opportunities for clients, in both investments and strategic planning.

She studied Business Administration and Art at Concordia University and holds both the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and Financial Planner (F.Pl.) designations. Lynn is also an alumna and former alumnae board member of the Sacred Heart School of Montreal.

Lynn is delighted to share her lifelong love of gymnastics with her daughter and also volunteers in her community teaching Essentrics classes. All of this keeps her on track towards her goal of still being able to do backflips well into her seventies. Click here to read Lynn's published articles.

Jordan Lucifero

Associate Investment Advisor

Jordan Lucifero made his debut in the financial industry in 2020 and joined the Richardson Wealth family in 2024. He holds a degree in Commerce with a major in Finance and is currently pursuing the CIM (Chartered Investment Manager) designation to further strengthen his expertise and knowledge. With a well-established background in financial services, including hands-on experience at a brokerage firm where he was directly involved in executing trades, Jordan brings a deep understanding of financial markets and trading dynamics to his current role on the team.

What initially drew Jordan to the field is the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives through sound financial advice. What he enjoys most about his role is the personal connection he forms with clients. Combining expertise with a personal touch, Jordan finds immense fulfillment in seeing clients achieve their goals and gain confidence in their financial decisions.

Jordan’s passions range from exploring market dynamics and economic trends, which he finds both intellectually engaging and personally rewarding, to following his favorite soccer team, AC Milan. He’s a lifelong soccer player who deeply values quality time spent with his family.

Elizabeth Collin

Assistant

Elizabeth brings a unique perspective to the team, having built a career as a copywriter and educator before transitioning into the world of finance. In her day-to-day, Elizabeth balances administrative duties with marketing responsibilities like finding creative ways to help the team connect with their clients and community. Her responsibilities go far beyond handling the day-to-day tasks; she plays an integral role in nurturing meaningful client relationships.

Elizabeth was drawn to the industry while copywriting for advisors, brokers, coaches, and fintech companies. It was there she realized that while the finance industry is about so much more than money, it’s about helping people – giving advice, guiding, educating, and setting people up for success to reach their goals – something that resonated with her.

When she’s not working with the team, Elizabeth loves spending time with her friends and family. She has a young son that she loves to bits. She and her husband also enjoy being outdoors and could spend all day gardening on their small hobby farm.
